❖ Have you ever gotten to a point of – NOT knowing what to do NEXT?

❖ In the O.T. – we read – that Moses was a man was obedient to the LORD… BUT he was probably at the end of his rope.
=========================
❖ Here he is… leading the people OUT of Egypt, where they had been slaves for 430 years.
❖ And Moses reminds me of commercial.
❖ This guys is on the phone with his boss… and he says…
❖ “I can do that… I can do that.. I can that…
❖ …but then he hangs up – and says… (how am I gonna do that??)

❖ That’s what is happening here.
❖ Everybody’s back is against the wall…
❖ ONE side is the RED SEA,
➢ and on the OTHER side is Pharoah and his army – bearing down… and getting ready to overtake them.
❖ But MOSES tells the people — in Exodus 14…
❖ “Don’t be afraid. Just stand still and watch the Lord rescue you today.

❖ But then – he’s thinking… “How is this gonna happen??”
❖ And GOD even says to Moses in the next verse…,
❖ “Why are you crying out to ME? Tell the people to get moving.”
❖ So – they got moving.
❖ The angel moved to the back of the line… and the LORD opened up the path through the water – so the people could walk on dry ground.
❖ GOD was glorified — and HIS people were saved.
❖ But it would NOT have happened – if the people were FROZEN in their tracks.
➢ (If the people didn’t “Get Moving”)

❖ Are you up against a wall?
❖ Maybe you’re saying… “Sure – GoD can do anything.”… but you’re deep down asking GOD…
➢ How are you gonna do that?
➢ GOD’s words to Moses – provide some wisdom for us today.
❖ GOD says… “I’ve told you I’m in charge… so ‘get moving’.

❖ What has the LORD already called you to do … but for some reason — you’re NOT doing it?
❖ Or maybe HE has called you to do something, but you’re trying to figure out –
❖ HOW – He’s gonna do it.
❖ HE didn’t tell us — to TRY to figure it out.
❖ HE told us to “DO it”. HE called us… and HE says… “Get Moving”.

❖ 1st Samuel 15 – says… “To OBEY – is better than sacrifice.”
❖ I’m confident that GOD has called each one of us to use our Gifts, Talents, and Abilities – for His glory.
➢ So our response is to be… “YES, LORD”… and Obey Him…
➢ …not… “How’s this gonna work, LORD?”…
➢ “Tell me first, and then I’ll give you my thumbs UP or DOWN on the job.
▪ NO !! GOD is saying to us… (and HE’s saying to Moses)…
▪ … “Get moving”.
❖ Let’s just do it…
➢ …even if you’ve got an army on ONE side === and the Red Sea on the other side.
❖ Let’s “get moving”…
➢ … and OBEY the voice of the LORD…
➢ …and DO what HE calls you to DO…
❖ PRAY

❖ And remember:
❖ Moses and the Israelites did NOT have a natural way out… but GOD said, “Get Moving”.
❖ GOD wants His children to Obey Him.
❖ Are you obeying Him?
